**Community Commitment Announcement**  

We’re proud to reaffirm our commitment to maintaining a cleaner, greener environment in our local area.  Through 2027, we will host four annual clean-up sessions along our adopted 2-mile stretch of FM 3009 in Schertz and Garden Ridge, Texas.  

This effort reflects our deep appreciation for the vibrant community we call home.  We’re honored to collaborate with neighbors, businesses, and local leaders in upholding our shared civic responsibility—and we look forward to fostering pride in our public spaces for years to come.
